Air Drill and Cart Inspection

Inspect seed boots and disks, gauge wheels and bearings, closing wheels and bearings, press wheels and bearings, auger/conveyor, meter housings and meter rollers, blockage system and monitor, monitor operation and all safety points. Update software.

Air Drill / Planter Optimization with Field Start Up

Hook tractor to planter or drill at farm (hydraulics, electronics), level hitch, set depth to customer preference, review in-cab controls and monitor with customer, pass-to-pass guidance accuracy performed in-field, receiver calibration, update Display and receiver software, Section Control parameters set for on/off times, configure seed monitor homepages, ensure systems are set, update controller software, variable rate parameters set, active down force parameters set, hook up generator if equipped with 5e.

Planter Inspection

$35 per row

Inspect openers, seed tubes, closing wheels/bearings, parallel arm bushings, gauge wheels and bearings,

frame, wiring, chains, drives, fertilizer system, monitor operation and safety points. Update software.

Meter Inspection

$400

Disassemble segments, bearings and brushes. Inspect and reassemble.

 

Planter Meter Unit Testing

$35 per unit vacuum
